I was born and raised in Geneva and also lived in Japan and Canada for a whil. Meeting people from different cultures has enriched my life and it is something that I feel very passionate about. In 2016 my husband and I welcomed our son into the world and thus decided to return to Geneva in order to provide him with a multinational experience and education; he is a citizen of the world, being born with 3 nationalities – Mexican, Canadian and Swiss.
My interest has always been self-development and growth. I first studied and worked as a social worker and later as an emotional and body awareness therapist, using the Grinberg method. I soon realised that this methodology could be limiting and so I decided to explore different approaches connected to self-development. During 8 years of therapy work, I created my own approach and included different tools namely; mindfulness, foot reflexology, holistic touch, visualisation, rituals, emotional and energy regulation, to become a holistic therapist I am today.
After the birth of my son, becoming a doula was the natural evolution of my vocation and own personal growth. I am currently developing numerous workshops that allow me to offer both my therapeutic and doula skills in order to provide support within a group as well as one on one session. I define myself as grounded and optimistic and I aim to bring these qualities into the work that I do. I look forward to supporting you using my knowledge, skills and learnings from our co-creational space.
