Each of my services allow for co-creation. This means that we evolve together as we embark on your chosen treatment or package. If you feel that what you are looking for does not exactly correspond with a particular service, you can contact me and together we can explore different options to best suit your needs.
As a doula, I support you on a physical, emotional and organisational level. I provide you with information and the objective pros and cons so as to help you prepare for a birthing experience which best suits you. I can teach you relaxation techniques, breathing exercises and mindfulness to help you to deal with the intense changes that one experiences during pregnancy so that you may feel secure and empowered. Usually, our meetings take place in your home and we then go through the various topics depending on your needs and concerns. These topics included, but are not limited to, internal changes, emotional challenges from preconception to the postpartum period, different options and specificities of place of birth, each parent’s desires and fears, communication during labour and childbirth, how to prepare for the postnatal period, first hours and days with your baby and their specific.
If you choose to have me with you on the day you deliver, I can be as involved as you wish, providing physical and emotional support and assisting you and your partner to create a positive atmosphere. As I am a non-medical worker, I can only be involved if you have a midwife or obstetrician taking care of the physical birth process.
Once you have welcomed your baby into the world, I will visit you at home and support you with settling in with your newborn so that you can find a new balance that works for your family. My role during the postnatal period is to make sure that the parent’s needs are met so that they can be physically and emotionally available to take care of their new baby and begin to understand his/her way of communicating. I will be there for you to talk to, to answer any questions you might have as well as to help with some household tasks and chores (cooking/laundry or running errands) so that you can take the time to relax and bond with your baby and partner.

The purpose of our drop-in meeting is to give new and future moms and dads a place to chat about their experience of being or becoming parents. Sonia Duc, doula, and myself welcome you in a friendly, supportive atmosphere, with the aim of sharing information and answering questions about this intense period of perinatal life. This is done informally over a coffee/tea, between parents and doulas or with a speaker at more specific events. The experiences, doubts, fears and successes of each person are welcome and often allow others to move forward in their journey.
Every second Friday from 3 to 5 pm

Dear partner, you are welcome! During the perinatal period, even if you are not the pregnant person, you are going through many changes, on a physical (hormonal) as well as emotional level. It is an intense journey and I welcome your requests. I am available to evaluate what kind of support I can offer you.
